Tell us the property type, the number of rooms and what you want done, and we will suggest a number of hours before you commit to anything.
Yes, that is what most recurring clients ask for and we try hard to keep it that way. Once someone learns your home or office, the visit gets faster and you stop repeating instructions. If your regular cleaner is on leave or unwell, we send a replacement from the same branch so your slot is not skipped.
Yes. Our crews arrive with their own equipment and cleaning products, so you do not need to stock anything. If you prefer we use a specific product of your own, for example on a delicate floor finish, leave it out and tell the cleaner.
Weekly suits busy households, shared units and offices where dust, dishes and bins build up fast. Fortnightly works when the space is small, lightly used or already tidy between visits. Plenty of clients start fortnightly, see how the place holds up, then move to weekly if the gap feels too long.
You can. Message us on WhatsApp and we will move a visit, change the frequency or pause the schedule while you travel. We ask for reasonable notice so the branch can reassign the crew, but we do not lock you into a fixed term.
