Our team leader walks the office with you before anything starts. We note your priority zones, any sensitive equipment and the special instructions your staff want followed, then put all of it onto a checklist made for your workplace.

Each session runs 4 hours with one cleaner, or 2 hours with two cleaners. The total cleaning time is the same either way. The two-cleaner option just finishes sooner. You can pick a morning (8:00 AM to 12:00 PM), afternoon (1:00 PM to 5:00 PM) or evening (6:00 PM to 8:00 PM) service period, and most office managers take the evening slot so the work happens after staff have gone home.
Usually not. Most offices already keep a vacuum, mop and detergent on site, and they're happy for our cleaner to use them. If yours would rather we brought our own, add the complete tools and chemicals set (vacuum, broom, mop, detergent) for RM35 per session.
Yes. On weekly and fortnightly bookings we assign a regular cleaner wherever we can. They learn your office layout and your preferences, and your team gets used to seeing the same person at the door.
It depends on the package. Single and Bronze run for 1 month, Silver for 2 months, Gold for 3 months, Diamond for 4 months, Platinum for 5 months and Uranium for 6 months. The bigger the package, the longer you have to use up the sessions, so you can spread them at your own pace.
