Fabric Sofas
Deep extraction- Gets the full 5-step shampoo and steam treatment
- Dust, sweat and odours pulled out of the fibres
- Solutions that won't strip the colour or wreck the weave
We do professional sofa cleaning in Malaysia, for fabric and leather upholstery, in homes and offices across KL & Selangor. Our crews have cleaned over 30,000 sofas: we deep-vacuum, shampoo, steam-sanitise and then extract the dirt back out instead of pushing it deeper into your cushions.
We clean the lot, one armchair or a full L-shaped sectional. Our upholstery specialists match the treatment to your material, and every machine and solution comes with them.
Every sofa goes through the same five steps in the same order. That is how the dirt ends up in our machine rather than deeper in your cushions.
We open with industrial vacuuming to pull out loose dust, crumbs, hair and grit, including whatever has worked its way down the seams and under the cushions.
Next we apply a fabric-safe shampoo and work it into the upholstery, which starts breaking down the dirt and body oils that have soaked into the material.
Then we scrub where it's needed. Enough pressure to release stubborn dirt and stains from the fibres, not enough to rough up the surface of the fabric.
High-temperature steam sanitises the fabric. It reaches the germs, bacteria and dust mites that live deep inside the cushioning, far below anything a wipe-down would touch.
The final pass extracts the cleaning agents back out along with the dissolved dirt. Leave shampoo behind and a sofa dries stiff and soapy, which is exactly why this step exists.
Malaysia Book of Records holder. Our crews follow a fixed SOP and got through 25,212 property units in a single year, with a quality check on every visit.

Most people call an upholstery cleaner at one of a few predictable moments. These are the ones we get booked for most.
That's the interval we recommend for an ordinary household. Make it every 6 to 12 months if you have kids, pets or a sofa that gets sat on all day. Cleaning to a schedule also prolongs your sofa's lifespan.
Sneezing every time you sit down? Upholstery holds dust mites, dander and allergens deep in the cushioning, and steam sanitisation kills them off at the source.
Coffee, food, ink, a pet accident: the sooner a stain gets treated properly, the better it comes out. Send us a photo and we'll tell you straight what's recoverable and what has probably set for good.
Upholstery cleaning has no flat price, because the quotation depends on a few things about the sofa itself. Send us a photo of yours and we'll come back with a fixed quote you can hold us to.
Seat count sets the baseline, whether it's one armchair or a 6-seater L-shape
Fabric, leather, suede or velvet: the delicate ones need slower, gentler work
Set-in stains and pet odours mean extra pre-treatment and more extraction passes
Put cushions, chairs, mattresses or carpets into the same visit and you save a second call-out
Every property is different, so we quote only after we've seen yours. Four steps: Contact, Site Visit, Quote, Service.
Send us a WhatsApp with a photo of the sofa, how many seats it has, and any stains or smells you want dealt with.
We work out the material and the condition from your photos. Most sofas don't need a site visit at all.
You get a written quotation showing the treatment we'd use and how long it takes. Nothing gets added to the bill afterwards that wasn't on it.
Our specialist turns up with every machine needed, runs the 5-step deep clean and walks you through the result before packing up.
Send a photo of your sofa over WhatsApp. We'll look it over and send back a clear quote, quickly.
We cover 60+ neighbourhoods across Kuala Lumpur, Selangor & Johor, working out of 13 branches. Find your area below.
Don’t see your area? There’s a good chance we still cover you. Send us your location and we’ll confirm in minutes.
Check My AreaIt depends. Seat count sets the baseline, then the material and the state of the fabric move the number up or down. Send us a photo of your sofa on WhatsApp and we'll reply with a fixed quote, no hidden fees and no obligation.
Every 12 to 18 months for a typical home. Move that to every 6 to 12 months if you've got kids, pets, or a sofa the whole family sits on daily. Cleaning it on that kind of schedule also protects the fabric and prolongs your sofa's lifespan.
Usually within a few hours. The deep extraction pass takes most of the moisture back out along with the dirt, though thick fabric and a room with no airflow will stretch that out. We'll tell you what to expect for your material.
Yes. Leather gets a different, gentler treatment: pH-balanced solutions that lift grime and body oils without drying out the hide. Mention that it's leather when you send the photo and we'll quote accordingly.
The steaming stage runs hot enough to sanitise the fabric and significantly reduce the germs, bacteria and dust mites living deep in the cushioning. No cleaning process removes them entirely, but getting that load down is usually what allergy sufferers notice afterwards.
Barely anything. Clear the loose items off the sofa and point out any stains or smelly patches. Our specialist brings every machine and solution, and works on the sofa where it stands, so nothing has to be carried out of the room.
Yes, and most customers do. They add mattress cleaning or carpet cleaning to the same visit: one crew, one appointment, every fabric surface in the house done.
The same trained, award-winning crews handle the rest of our cleaning work. Book more than one service into a single visit and you skip a second call-out.
