Who we are

Ultra Cleaning is a cleaning company based in Malaysia. We clean homes, condos, offices and shops across Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Johor. This policy explains what we do with the personal information you give us.

What information we collect

We only ask for what we need to quote a job and get a crew to your door. That usually means:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• The address of the property to be cleaned
• Your email address, if you choose to give it
• Whatever details you send us when you request a quote, such as the size of the property, the rooms involved, photos of the job and the dates that suit you

Our website also collects basic analytics data through standard web tools. That includes the pages you visit, how you arrived at the site, the type of device you are on and an approximate location based on your IP address. It is not used to identify you personally.

How we use it

Your information is used to run the job you asked us about. In practice, that means:

• Working out a price and sending you a quote
• Scheduling the visit and giving the crew what they need to do the work
• Contacting you about your booking, including confirmations and any changes
• Understanding which parts of the site are useful so we can improve the service

We send promotional updates only to people who have asked for them. If you did not ask, you will not get them, and you can tell us to stop at any time.

WhatsApp and messaging

Most of our enquiries come through WhatsApp. When you message us there, the conversation runs on WhatsApp and is handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy, not ours. We do not control that platform.

What we do control is our side of the chat. We keep the details you send us, such as the address and the dates that suit you, because we need them to quote accurately and to schedule your cleaning.

Who we share it with

Your details go to the people who need them to get your job done. That means:

• Our cleaning crews, who need the address and the job details
• The scheduling and booking tools we use to run the jobs
• Payment providers, where you pay through them
• Anyone we are legally required to share with, for example if a court or a government authority asks

We do not sell your personal data. We do not pass your contact details to other companies so they can market to you.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as it is needed for your booking, and after that for as long as we need it for our business records and to meet our legal obligations in Malaysia. Once it is no longer needed, we remove it or stop using it.

Cookies and website analytics

Our website may use cookies and analytics tools to see how visitors move through the pages. Cookies are small files stored by your browser. They help us understand what people look at and what needs fixing.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Some parts of the site may not behave as expected if you do, but you can still reach us on WhatsApp or by phone.

Your rights under the PDPA

The Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) gives you rights over the personal data we hold about you. You can:

• Ask us what personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct it if something is wrong or out of date
• Ask us to stop using your details for marketing
• Ask us to delete your details, where we are not required by law to keep them

To make any of these requests, message us on WhatsApp or send a note through our contact page. Tell us your name, the phone number you booked with and what you want us to do. We may ask a question or two to confirm it is really you before we act.

Keeping your information safe

We limit access to your details to the staff and crews who actually need them, and we take reasonable steps to protect the systems we store them in. No system is completely secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. If something goes wrong that affects your data, we will deal with it and tell you what we know.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the way we work changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Anything you send us after a change is covered by the version that is live at that time.
