Every house cleaning session runs on our SOP-driven 6-step Hour Clean System. The process doesn't change from one visit to the next, and neither does the standard we hold it to.
Step 1The session opens with a walkthrough. Our team leader goes through the house with you, notes the priority zones and anything fragile, then builds that visit's checklist around what you actually want done.
Why it matters: the cleaner works to your priorities instead of a generic list, so the things you care about get handled.
Step 2Dusting starts at the top of the room and works down. Ceiling fans, air-con vents, light fixtures, shelves, window sills and door frames all get gone over with microfibre cloths, which hold the dust rather than pushing it around.
Why it matters: working top-down keeps dust off the surfaces the cleaner has already finished.
Step 3The stovetop, range hood exterior and countertops get degreased. The sink is scrubbed and treated for limescale. Wet areas are sanitised, then dried off properly before we move on.
Why it matters: a wet area left damp grows mould and starts to smell. Drying it is what stops that between sessions.
Step 4The toilet, shower screen, basin, mirror and wall tiles all get scrubbed. Grout is brushed out and drains cleared, and the taps are polished until no streaks are left on them.
Why it matters: the washroom is where germs spread fastest in a home, so it gets properly sanitised rather than wiped over.
Step 5Floors go through three stages: a dry sweep, then a vacuum along the edges and corners, then a wet mop. The solution is matched to what you've got underfoot, whether that's tile, vinyl, laminate or marble.
Why it matters: the wrong solution dulls or damages a floor. Matching it to the surface cleans deeper and leaves the finish alone.
Step 6We walk the house room by room against the checklist. Cushions get arranged, bins are emptied and re-lined, and anything that was missed is put right before sign-off.
Why it matters: nothing gets signed off until every checklist item has been checked in front of you.

4 hours with one cleaner, or 2 hours with two cleaners. It's the same total cleaning time either way, just finished quicker when there are two of them. Service periods are morning (8:00 AM to 12:00 PM), afternoon (1:00 PM to 5:00 PM) or evening (6:00 PM to 8:00 PM).
No, not usually. Most customers just let the cleaner use the tools already in the house. If you'd rather we brought our own, add the complete tools and chemicals set (vacuum, broom, mop and detergent) for RM35 per session and we'll arrive with everything.
Yes. On weekly and fortnightly bookings we assign a regular cleaner wherever we can, so the same person learns your home and how you like things done. You also know exactly who's turning up at the door.
It depends on the package. Single and Bronze run for 1 month, Silver for 2 months, Gold for 3 months, Diamond for 4 months, Platinum for 5 months and Uranium for 6 months. The bigger the package, the longer you have to use up the sessions, so there's no need to rush them.
