Step 3We assign someone who already works in your area, so travel time does not eat into your booking. She is uniformed, background-checked and covered by our insurance.

Step 4Vacuum, mop, cloths and products all come with her. You do not need to stock anything, though she will happily use your own products if you prefer them.
Why it matters: household supplies run out at the worst moment, and a stalled visit still costs you the hour.
Step 5She works top of the list downwards. If the hours run out before the list does, the leftovers move to the top of next week's visit.
Why it matters: you always know where the time went, and nothing quietly falls off the list.
Step 6Once the schedule settles, we try to send the same person each time. She learns the house, and you stop having to explain it.

We try to. For weekly and fortnightly bookings we keep the same specialist on your slot wherever the schedule allows, because a maid who already knows your home works faster. We will not promise one named person forever, since people take leave and move areas, and we would rather send a trained replacement than cancel on you.
Yes. Vacuum, mop, cloths and cleaning products all come with the specialist. If you would rather she used your own products, perhaps because of a delicate surface or an allergy at home, leave them out and tell her which ones to use.
Hourly help covers everyday upkeep, so heavy deep cleaning falls outside it: no grout scrubbing, no chemical washes, no built-up stain removal and no renovation dust. Exterior and high-rise window work is not included either, for safety reasons. Childcare and cooking are not part of the service unless we agree to it before the booking.
The price depends on how many hours you book, how often you book them and where your home is. We quote per booking rather than publish one flat figure, because a 3 hour condo slot in Puchong and a 6 hour landed home in Ampang are not the same job. Yes, and most clients do. Weekly suits families and homes where the laundry and the floors never let up. Fortnightly works for smaller households and condos that stay reasonably tidy in between. One-off visits are fine too if you only want help before guests arrive.
Every specialist is background-checked, trained and covered by our insurance before she is assigned to a household. She arrives in uniform and carries Ultra Cleaning identification, so you always know who is at your door.
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp to move a visit, add hours, drop hours or pause for a while. We ask for as much notice as you can give so the specialist's day can be rearranged, but changes are part of how an hourly service is meant to work.
