Ultra Cleaning is a cleaning company whose teams work inside other people’s homes and workplaces. That comes with responsibilities in two directions at once, towards the people we employ and towards the households and businesses that let us in. This page sets out how we think about that.
Four things sit behind the work. We would rather describe them plainly than make claims we cannot show you.
The largest thing this company does for anyone is employ them. Our specialists are trained on our methods and equipment, they are background checked, and they work in uniform.
A cleaning company decides what ends up on a kitchen counter and on the floor a child crawls across. Safe, eco-friendly solutions are our default on every job.
Any cleaning company can call itself professional. We hold ISO 9001:2015 certification, we are a CIDB registered contractor, and we are licensed by Jabatan Pertanian.
Feedback only helps if it reaches someone. Tell us when a job falls short and it goes to the branch that did the work, not into an inbox nobody reads.
For a cleaning company, this has less to do with announcements and more to do with the ordinary decisions made every working day.
Most of what a cleaning company owes the people around it happens quietly. It shows up in who gets hired and whether they were trained properly before being sent to an address. It shows up again in what gets used on a kitchen counter that a child will touch an hour later, and in whether the specialist handling those products all week was given something safe to work with.
None of that makes a good headline. It is still the part that matters most to the household letting us in and to the person we send.
We would rather be judged on the everyday version of this than on a pledge. If you want to ask how any of it works in practice, ask us and a person will answer.
Ask about our licences, or about the products we would use in your home. Send a message and a person will reply.
