Ultra Home Care: Specialist Care for Your Home

Ultra Home Care is the line that works on what you already own. Not the mess on top of your home, but the home itself: the marble underfoot, the sofa in the living hall, the carpet in the office, the mattress you sleep on and the smell coming off a brand new fit-out. Each of the five services below uses its own machines and its own solutions, and each one happens where the surface or the furniture already sits.

The Difference

Cleaning the Home, or Restoring What Is In It

These are two different jobs and they need two different kinds of crew. Here is where the line sits between them.

General Cleaning

Deals With the Mess

A cleaning session works on what has landed on your home. Dust, spills, grease, renovation debris and the everyday build-up that comes back next week.

  • Floors, worktops, bathrooms and kitchens
  • Cabinet fronts wiped, glass and tracks cleared
  • Mops, cloths and vacuums, plus general products
  • Measured in rooms and hours
Book upkeep under Ultra Hour Clean or a full reset under Ultra Pro Clean.
Ultra Home Care

Works on the Thing Itself

This line treats the material. Stone gets ground and polished back, fabric gets extracted from the inside out, and new cabinetry gets its off-gassing dealt with at source.

  • Marble, upholstery, carpet pile, mattress padding
  • Diamond pads, extraction machines, steam, spray treatment
  • Method picked after we see the material and its condition
  • Quoted per item, per floor area or per property
Five services, one crew, and the equipment comes with them.

Five Specialist Services

Every service below sits inside this line. Pick the one that matches what you are looking at, or send us photos on WhatsApp and we will tell you which one it needs.

Best for: Dull stone floors, tired upholstery, carpet that a vacuum no longer helps, and newly fitted-out spaces that still smell of the fit-out.
01Specialist running a diamond floor polisher across a marble floor during a marble polishing jobStone

Marble Polishing

Marble stops reflecting light because the top layer is scratched and etched, not because it is dirty. Diamond pads cut that layer away and the stone is polished back up, then sealed.

  • Grind, hone, polish and seal, in that order
  • Floors, staircases, countertops and vanity tops

02Upholstery specialist working an extraction tool across a fabric sofa cushion during a sofa cleaning visitUpholstery

Sofa Cleaning

A five-step deep clean that ends with extraction, which is the step that matters. Vacuum, shampoo, scrub, steam, then pull the shampoo and the dissolved dirt back out of the cushioning.

  • Fabric and leather treated differently
  • L-shapes, sectionals, dining and office chairs

03Cleaner guiding a hot water extraction machine over carpet during a carpet cleaning jobCarpet

Carpet Cleaning

Two methods, picked after we look at the fibre. Hot water extraction drives solution into the pile and sucks it back out on the same pass. Dry foam shampooing uses far less moisture when the floor has to dry fast.

  • Home rugs, wall-to-wall carpet and carpet tiles
  • Spot removal for coffee, ink and food spills

04Cleaner steam cleaning a mattress in place on the bed frame during a mattress cleaning visitBedroom

Mattress Cleaning

Cleaned in place, right on the bed frame, through the same five steps as a sofa. Sweat and body oils soak down into the padding over the years, and only an extraction pass brings them back out.

  • Single, super single, queen and king
  • Pillows, bolsters and fabric headboards on request

05Technician in protective gear spray-applying formaldehyde treatment inside a newly built cabinetNew Fit-Out

Formaldehyde Treatment

The sharp smell in a newly renovated unit comes off board adhesives, new cabinetry and fresh paint, and it can hang around for months. A neutralising treatment is sprayed onto the sources instead of waiting the smell out.

  • Built-in cabinetry, wardrobes and new furniture
  • Applied by technicians in protective gear, then aired out

Timing

When People Actually Book This

Almost every Ultra Home Care job starts with one of these. If you recognise yours, you are on the right page.

The marble has gone cloudy

Mopping stopped making a difference a while ago. That cloudiness is micro-scratches and etch marks scattering light instead of reflecting it, and the surface has to be mechanically re-polished before it comes back.

Nobody sits on the good sofa any more

There is a patch everyone avoids and a smell nobody mentions. Body oils and spills work their way down into the foam, which is where a vacuum stops and extraction starts.

The office carpet is due

Wall-to-wall carpet, hotel corridors and F&B floors take traffic all day and wear out years early if nobody extracts them. Booking it on a schedule keeps the floor presentable between refits.

The mattress has never been cleaned

Most beds get new sheets and nothing else for years. Sweat, body oils and dust settle into the padding underneath, and most customers who start on this book it once or twice a year afterwards.

The new fit-out still smells of itself

Open a brand new wardrobe and the smell hits you. That is off-gassing from board adhesives, cabinetry and fresh paint, and formaldehyde treatment deals with the sources rather than waiting them out.

Guests are coming, or the property is going on the market

Polished marble and a clean sofa change how a home reads the moment somebody walks in. Raya and Chinese New Year are our busiest weeks on this line, so a couple of weeks of notice makes a real difference to the date you get.

Material Care

The Method Follows the Material

Every service on this line starts the same way: work out what the material is and what condition it is in, then pick the method. Put the wrong pad or the wrong chemical on any of these and the damage is permanent.

Marble & Natural Stone

Stone is porous and reacts to acid, so citrus sprays and acidic bathroom cleaners eat into the polish whatever the label promises. Restoration runs through progressively finer diamond abrasives, then powder polishing, then a penetrating sealer. We grind wet, so no dust clouds go through the property.

Fabric & Leather Upholstery

Fabric takes the full shampoo and steam treatment. Leather does not: it gets pH-balanced solutions that lift grime and body oils without drying out the hide, and the seams and stitching are worked by hand. Tell us which one you have when you send the photo.

Carpet Pile

Delicate fibres and premium rugs need slower handling and a gentler method than office carpet tiles do. Dry vacuuming always comes first, because wetting a carpet before the loose grit is out just turns the dust into mud.

Mattress Padding

The dirt in a mattress is not on the surface, it is down in the quilting and the padding. Vacuuming runs along the seams first, then shampoo and steam go in, then an extraction pass takes the moisture and the loosened dirt back out so the mattress is left dry.

Photos are worth more than a description here. A close-up of the etching on your marble or the stain on your sofa tells us the material and the condition, which is what sets both the method and the price. Send them on WhatsApp before you book.

Straight Talk

What This Line Will Not Fix

Restoration has limits, and any cleaner who says otherwise is selling you something. Here is where ours sits.

If we look at your floor or your sofa and the work is not going to get you where you want, the specialist will say so at the inspection. You get told, not sold. Sometimes the honest answer is a different service, and sometimes it is a repair we do not do at all.

  • Deep damage in stoneGrinding takes off scratches, acid etching and water marks. Deep cracks, missing chips and previous bad repairs may not disappear completely, and we say that at the inspection rather than after the invoice.
  • Stains that have set for goodFresh stains usually come out. Older ones depend on what caused them and what the fibre is, and a few genuinely do not come back: permanent dye stains, bleach marks, and pile that has been worn flat.
  • Torn, burnt or worn-through fabricExtraction cleans upholstery. It does not close a tear, fill a burn mark or bring back a nap that has been rubbed away on the arms of a sofa. That is an upholsterer's job.
  • A smell with a live sourceAn ongoing leak or a damp patch keeps producing the smell. Clean it today and it is back next week, so the source has to be dealt with first.
Why Ultra Cleaning

Who Actually Turns Up at Your Door

This line puts machines and chemicals onto things you paid a lot for. It is worth knowing who is sending them.

Specialists, not general cleaners

Our 800+ trained specialists are taught on the specific material before they work on it. Stone crews train on stone, upholstery crews train on upholstery. They are uniformed, background-checked and insured, so you know who is at the door and where you stand if something goes wrong.

The equipment comes with them

Diamond floor machines, commercial hot water extractors, rotary shampoo machines, steamers and the crew's own solutions. You supply nothing, and none of it is the sort of thing that fits in a cupboard at home.

Certified and on the record

Ultra Cleaning is ISO 9001:2015 certified and a CIDB registered contractor, and we hold a Malaysia Book of Records title for 25,212 properties serviced in a single year. Thirteen years of work sits behind that number.

13 branches, real local crews

Branches across Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Johor mean the team that comes to you is based near you. Find your area and see which branch covers it.

Questions

Ultra Home Care FAQ

The things people ask us on WhatsApp before they book.

What does Ultra Home Care cover?+

Five services: marble polishing, sofa cleaning, carpet cleaning, mattress cleaning and formaldehyde treatment. What they have in common is that all five work on something already installed or already sitting in your home rather than on general mess. A crew comes to you with the machines and solutions the job needs, and the work happens where the item stands.

How is this different from a deep clean?+

A deep clean resets a whole property and works through kitchens, bathrooms, floors and the grime built up on them. Ultra Home Care picks out one surface or one piece of furniture and restores it. If your problem is a dull marble floor or a sofa nobody wants to sit on any more, this is the line you want. If the whole place needs a reset, book Ultra Pro Clean instead.

How often should a sofa, carpet or mattress be professionally cleaned?+

Every 12 to 18 months for a typical home sofa, and every 6 to 12 months if you have kids, pets, or a sofa the whole family sits on daily. Most mattress customers book once or twice a year. Carpet depends far more on traffic, so an office floor or a hotel corridor wants deep extraction on a schedule while a lightly used rug at home does not.

Can several of these be done in one visit?+

Yes, and most customers do exactly that. Sofa, carpet and mattress cleaning use the same extraction equipment and the same crew, so putting them into one appointment saves you a second call-out. Marble polishing and formaldehyde treatment are different jobs with different equipment, and we will tell you whether they fit into the same day once we know the property.

What does formaldehyde treatment actually do?+

It reduces the off-gassing smell that comes off new cabinetry, board furniture, adhesives and fresh paint. Our technicians identify the emission sources first, then spray-apply a neutralising treatment directly onto cabinetry interiors, furniture and the other affected surfaces. The space is ventilated afterwards so the treatment cures. It targets the sources rather than masking the smell with fragrance.

Do you do this work in offices and other commercial premises?+

Yes. Hotel lobbies, office foyers and showroom floors are regular marble polishing work for us, and we usually schedule them overnight or on weekends so the business is not disrupted. Carpet cleaning covers wall-to-wall office carpet, carpet tiles, hotel corridors, retail floors and F&B outlets. Upholstered seating in an office or an F&B outlet gets the same treatment as a sofa at home.

How do I book Ultra Home Care?+

Message us on WhatsApp with your address, what you want worked on and a few photos. Photos matter a lot on this line, because the state of a marble floor or the material of a sofa decides both the method and the price. We will confirm which of our 13 branches covers you and send a quote back. We answer WhatsApp daily, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
